We understand your anxiety about meeting your new puppy, but it is also our priority to make sure all parents get a fair service at all times.

Based on your location, we offer in-house delivery options to all our new parents. We have partnered with pet couriers nationwide to offer timely delivery of your puppy.
You can choose to have us work with a pet courier or for an extra fee have our dedicated and trained nanny travel with your puppy, with your puppy in a temperature-controlled pet carrier.
Please note that you are required to pay half of the puppy cost.
